You may request TA Finance to auto debit your account every month by contacting TA Contact Service or Customer Service located at your local branch office (you do not have to go to the bank).

Important Notices

1. Auto Debit is Free Of Charge
Payment made by auto debit is free of charge. However, failure in the auto debit process will incur a fee of Rp. 3,000 per transaction. A single auto debit process can be done three times at maximum in the pertinent month.

2. Prepare Your Funds 1 Working Day Prior To Due Date
To prevent auto debit failure, please ensure that there are enough funds in your account including at least the minimum balance one working day prior to the due date. If the due date coincides with a national holiday, please prepare the funds two working days prior to the due date at the latest.

  • Photocopy of ATM Card

You may also pay via auto debit at Danamon Bank, BNI and Niaga Bank.

You may pay your monthly installments via ATM by using the account number that is unique to each TA Finance customer by:

1. Permata Bank 
Payment can be done at Permata Bank ATM machines all over Indonesia.

Important Notices
  1. Accepted ATM Cards
    • ATM cards issued by Permata Bank
    • ATM cards issued by members of ATM Bersama or ALTO/PRIMA, except BI, BCA, ABN Amro, StandChart Bank, Citibank, BNI Bank, Jabar Bank, Bengkulu Bank, Swadesi Bank, BPD Sul-tra, BPD KalTeng, BPR Eka Bumi Artha.
  2. ATM Transaction Fee
    Permata card
    * TAPA fee Rp. 5,000 *)

    ATM cards issued by members of ATM Bersama or ALTO/PRIMA
    * TAPA fee Rp. 5,000 *)
    + On-line fees are determined by the ATM card issuer

    *) TAPA fee will be charged in the next deferred payment, whereas on-line fee will be automatically debited from your account.
  3. Rate of Claim
    The total of claim consists of your installment, fines and late fee in the event of late payment.

  4. Exceptions
    You cannot pay via ATM if your installment payment has been overdue for more than 30 days.

Step 2: Insert your six PIN digits
Step 3: Choose “TRANSAKSI LAIN” menu
Step 4: Choose “PEMBAYARAN” menu
Step 5: Choose “CICILAN” menu
Step 6: Choose “TA FINANCE” menu
Step 7: Enter your TAPA account number. If the TAPA number has been entered correctly, choose “BENAR”

Step 8: Choose “YA” if you wish to proceed with the transaction.

Step 10 : Please end Transaction if you do not want to do other Transactions.

2. BCA ATM

The payment can be done via BCA ATM machines all over Indonesia.

    • Payment via BCA ATM machine is for BCA ATM cardholders only.
    • ATM cards issued by members of Prima Network
      *)TAPA fee will be charged in the next deferred payment, whereas on-line fee will be automatically debited from your account.

Step 3: Choose “TRANSFER TO OTHER BANK ACCOUNT” menu.
Step 4: Enter Bank Code “013”. 
Step 5: Enter Installment Amount (Full Payment).
Step 6: Enter your TAPA account number.
Step 7: Check the TAPA Number. If entered correctly, choose “BENAR”.

You may pay your monthly installments via Cheque/Clearing by transferring a Post Dated Cheque/Clearing to a TA Finance branch.

Important Notices

1. Cheque/Clearing is Transferred to a TA Finance Branch

Simply transfer the Post Dated Cheque/Clearing (2 days before the due date) to our teller in any TA Finance branch. Post Dated Cheque/Clearing can be transferred in parts or in full depending on your installment time period.

1. Cash Deposit at the Post Office
Paying your monthly installments has become more convenient with the arrival of our cash desposit service at your local post office. This service is available at most Pos Indonesia (Indonesian Post) branches nationwide within their respective operational hours. Refer to our list of Pos Indonesia branches under Payment Steps to locate your nearest post office.

Fee
Every transaction incurs a fee of Rp 7,000,-

Amount Payable
Your Amount Payable consists of your monthly installment (in addition to late fees if applicable) plus the post office's transaction fee.

Step 2 : State your TAPA Number
Step 3 : Your total payable amount will be informed by a clerk.
Step 4 : You will be issued a Payment Receipt upon payment completion.

2. Cash Deposit at Permata Bank
You may make your monthly loan payment by cash at any Permata Bank branch within the designated branch's operational hours by simply stating your TAPA (TA Personal Account) Number to a Permata Bank teller. Upon payment completion, you will be issued an official payment receipt by the Permata Bank teller.

Every transaction incurs a fee Rp.5,000,-

3. Cash Deposit at a TA Finance Branch
You may pay your monthly installments by cash at any TA Finance branch within your chosen branch's operational hours by simply stating your TAPA (TA Personal Account) Number to a TA Finance teller.

Every visit incurs a fee Rp. 20,000,- (not per transaction)

TA Personal Account (TAPA)
is TA Finance’s installment payment account number through Permata Bank with your name as the account owner.

By using TA Personal Account (TAPA), you are not required to write the contract number or any other details during ATM payment transaction.

For your every contract number at TA Finance, you will get one TA Personal Account (TAPA) number.

TA Personal Account (TAPA) number can be used as the receiver account number during payment process.


Nomor TA Personal Account (TAPA) consists of 16 digit numbers such as the example below.
