You could ask TA Finance to debit your account each month by calling TA Contact Service or Customer Service at the nearest branch offices (you do not have to go to the Bank).

Important Notices

1. Auto Debit Fee is Free
Payment by auto debit is free. But if the auto debit process failed, you will be charged Rp. 3,000 per auto debit. Auto debit process will be done three times (max.) in the pertinent month.

2. Prepare the Fund in an Office Day before the Due Date
To prevent auto debit failure, please make sure you have enough fund in your account include the balance minimum at least in one working day before the due date. If the due date coincides with holiday, please prepare the fund at least in two working days before.

  • Photocopy of Identity Card
  • Photocopy of ATM Card

  • Photocopy of Passbook
  • Letter of Authority for Auto Debit
  • ATM number
You can also do Auto Debit via Danamon Bank, BNI and Niaga.

You can pay the installment via ATM by using the account number that has been specially created for TA Finance customer. The payment method via ATM:

1. Permata Bank
The payment can be done via Permata Bank ATM in all over Indonesia.

Important Notices
  1. Acceptable ATM Card
    • ATM card of Permata Bank
    • ATM card of the bank members of Bersama ATM or ALTO/PRIMA ATM card, except BI, BCA, ABN Amro, StandChart Bank, Citibank, BNI Bank, Jabar Bank, Bengkulu Bank, Swadesi Bank, BPD Sul-tra, BPD KalTeng, BPR Eka Bumi Artha.
  2. ATM Transaction Fee
    Permata card
    * TAPA fee Rp. 5,000 *)

    ATM card of the bank members of Bersama ATM or ALTO/PRIMA
    * TAPA fee Rp. 5,000 *)
    + On-line fee is in accordance with the policy of the Bank that publish the ATM card

    *) TAPA fee is in charge of the next deferred payment, while on-line fee will be automatically debited from your account.
  3. Rate of Claim
    The total of claim covers installment, fine and lateness fee if you paid late.

  4. Exceptional
    You can not pay via ATM if the Installment has passed the due date more over 30 days.

Stage 3: Choose “TRANSAKSI LAIN” menu
Stage 4: Choose “PEMBAYARAN” menu
Stage 5: Choose “CICILAN” menu
Stage 6: Choose “TA FINANCE” menu
Stage 7: Enter TAPA account number, check the TAPA Number, if correct, choose “BENAR”

2. BCA ATM

The payment can be done via BCA Bank ATM in all over Indonesia.

    • Payment in BCA ATM is only valid for BCA ATM card
    • ATM card of the bank members of Prima Network

You can pay via Check/Clearing by transferring Post Date Check/Clearing to TA Finance.

Important Notices

1. Check/Clearing is Transferred to TA Finance Branch Offices

You just have to transfer the Post Date Check/Clearing (2 days before the due date) to the Counter Teller at TA Finance Branch Offices. Check/Clearing can be transferred gradually or all at once according to the installment time period.

You can pay by cash deposit at the Permata Bank Branch according to operational hours of each Branch Office.


You just mention the TAPA (TA Personal Account) Number to the Permata Bank Counter Teller. In the end of payment, Permata bank Counter Teller will give receipt that is valid as official receipt.

You can pay by cash at all over TA Finance Branch Offices on our operational hours.

You just mention the TAPA (TA Personal Account) Number to the TA Finance Counter Teller.

TA Personal Account (TAPA)
is TA Finance’s installment payment account number through Permata Bank with your name as the account owner.


By using TA Personal Account (TAPA), you are not required to write the contract number or any other details during ATM payment transaction.

For your every contract number at TA Finance, you will get one TA Personal Account (TAPA) number.

TA Personal Account (TAPA) number can be used as the receiver account number during payment process.
