After the registration, you could inquire about your active contracts’ numbers at TA Finance. (one inquiry is only valid for one contract)
→ The amount of installment & due date as well as TA Personal Account number (TAPA)
The amount of installment and its due date is as written on your contract. TA Personal Account is the account number to which the payment must be directed. Each contract has its own respective TA Personal Account number.

Each customer can only register one mobile phone number.
To register new mobile phone number, you must cancel the registration of the previous mobile phone number.

• Customer ID Number
The customer number will be valid as your identity number. If you have more than one financing agreement in TA Finance, you are only allowed to use one identity number for all financing agreements.
• Agreement Number
Agreement Number is used as the identity of each financing agreement contracts or later called as contract number.
