On February 5th, 2008, CIGNA Insurance paid the claim of a deceased TA Finance’s customer who was an applicant of Toyota Astra Credit Protection (TACP).

Mr. Untung Purnawi applied for TA Finance’s financial support to purchase Toyota Kijang Inova with the tenor of 36 months (3 years). During the eight month, he fell ill and eventually died. As he was an applicant of TACP, CIGNA Insurance paid his remaining installment to TA Finance to ensure that his beneficiaries could inherit the Kijang Inova without any further burden. The beneficiaries also receive Rp 25,000,000 compensation.
