Toyota, as the third Fortune’s Most Admired Companies

(10/3) Toyota Motor Corp. recently has achieved the third Most Admired Companies from Fortune magazine. The Most Admired Company is annual event from the global prestigious business magazine. Toyota is on the third position, after Apple and Berkshire Hathaway, Investment Company of Warren Buffet, the wealthiest man in the world.
There is two other automotives company beside Toyota on the list of 50 World's Most Admired Companies, on the 28th position (German luxurious automotive company) and 32nd position (Japan automotive company).
Toyota, in Japan, is the most company which has focus on conservation of environment activities. Based on the survey of MM Research Institute, most of the respondents praised Toyota as a company with friendly-environment products such as Hybrid car. Toyota also does progressive actions in order to reduce CO2 emission.
The Japan Marketing Research Company provided the survey regarding consumer's perception of green company. The participants had been asked to mention one to three companies which focus on environment. 1050 respondents from Japan participated in this survey.
