In this annual event which participated by all members of Toyota Financial Services Corporation (TFSC), multinational corporations to finance Toyota, TA Finance won first prize In Asia Oceania Region Competition representing Indonesia, followed by Toyota Leasing Thailand as a runner-up and Toyota Financial Services Australia in a third place. Therefore, TA Finance will represent Asia Oceania Region, to compete in Kaizen Global Award at Nagoya, Japan on January 2010.

Local TA Finance Kaizen Competition is an annual event. The team who won the first prize in the local TA Finance Kaizen competition was Hexagon. The project theme is efficiency in document delivery by digitizing the system. By making this improvement, TA Finance has implemented the spirit of customer focus and provide added value in the overall internal processes.

Since TA Finance established in 2005, it is the third time TA Finance become one of the participant in Kaizen Asia Oceania Competition. In 2008, a team which represented TA Finance was Arrowhead in the Kaizenland Team. They succeed to achieve the 3rd winner position in the competition.

Kaizen tradition is not only held within the scope of major competitions, but also in the small scope of competition such as Kaizen Quick & Easy. In Kaizen Quick & Easy, each staff may submit their improvement individually and can be submitted at any time. The existence of this tradition has triggered many improvement ideas and encourages innovation so that staff can continue to provide the most excellent service for TA Finance loyal customers.
